Notification letters have been posted to owners of Rathborne No.1 for the AGM to take place on 29th September at 7pm.  That is a Monday evening and it will take place in the River Center meeting room.  Only owners of units, or their nominated representative for this management company should attend. (These are the units build by Castlethorn Construction in ParkView / RiverVale and the duplex or townhouse apartments on Rathborne Avenue, Place, Close & Way.)

If there are any matters to which this management company has a remit that you have not made known to either WYSE, the mangaing agents, or the Committee ahead of this meeting then you should contact either well in advance of this meeting. This means matters of maintenance, repairs and issues on the common areas for this company only. This meeting will enable voting on issues that will impact on annual maintenance fees so strong attendance is in all owners interests to ensure concencus and full awareness of the matters relating to same.  Of particular interest will be positions on security provision.
