Paula runs the yoga classes in The Gym @ Rathborne. She is starting some new classes in September, the details of the classes starting from Saturday 5th September: Saturday @ 12noon - Pre Natal Yoga (12-40weeks) Tuesday @ 7pm - Beginners Yoga Tuesday @ 8.15pm - Level 2 Yoga Wednesday @ 10am - Mixed Level Yoga Wednesday @ 11am Mum & Baby Yoga (for babies from 6 weeks to crawling) Paula will also have a Active Birthing workshop on Sunday 11th October from 12-2.30pm

SATURDAY MIXED LEVEL YOGA CLASSES STARTING AUGUST 23rd 2008: 10.20am to 11.50 (1h30 class) drop in fee: 18 eur 105 eur for 6 weeks dates: Saturday August 23rd, 30th, September 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.
